Refund, Payment & Cancellation Policy(T&C)

We believe in transparency and professionalism in every project we take on. Since our services are tailored specifically to each client’s needs, this policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled. 

1. Payment Policy

  • All payments are due as per the terms agreed in the proposal or invoice.
  • Work will begin only after the agreed advance or milestone payment is received.
  • For ongoing projects, services may be paused or delayed if payments are overdue.
  • We use secure payment gateways to ensure safe and reliable transactions. 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Projects may be canceled before the official kickoff (e.g., strategy session, onboarding, or first deliverable).
  • Once work has started, cancellations are possible, but any payments made are non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled midway, you will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the date of cancellation. 

3. Refund Policy

Because our services involve consulting, automation, and digital solutions that are customized for each client, all payments are non-refundable once a project has started.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment
  • Technical errors during payment processing
  • Services not initiated or delivered as agreed (e.g., project not started after payment)

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Partial use of services or early termination by the client
  • Results or outcomes that differ from subjective expectations (since results depend on multiple external factors outside our control)
